Coaching made simple
Cash Flow Story for Business Coaches
Cash Flow Story has been designed specifically for non-financial people. You do not need an accounting qualification to successfully implement Cash Flow Story into your coaching processes.
Cash Flow Story works with you to show the impact on profit and cash flow as well as the increased value of the business that you are helping them create over time.
Step 1 - Import your clients data
Send our Excel loading template to your client. Ask them to input the key numbers into the template. As we only require between 10 and 19 numbers, it takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Import the completed spreadsheet into Cash Flow Story.
Alternatively, you can get a copy of your clients financial statements and load them into Cash Flow Story yourself.
Step 2 - Understand the story
Prior to client engagement, step through the financial story of your client. Using our unique 4 Chapters concept, Cash Flow Story provides a structured and simple approach for you to understand the financial story of your clients business. Your review will identify problems, highlight key issues and opportunities.
Apply a template to show your client only what they need to see.
Step 3 - Improve their business
Engage with your client over their Power of One. Show them the impact that the 7 key drivers of their business have on their profit and cash flow. For example, show them the impact that price has to volume.
Share any other relevant insights you discovered during your walk-through, agreeing on Power of One improvements and setting goals for the next meeting.
You will be able to select which screens you wish to email to your client in a colourful pdf, and even allow selected clients to access their own scorecards online.
Imagine being able to show your client the effect of their decisions on profit, cash flow and value before they implement them.
